About this Job

Follow the bidding process, ensuring cost levels are maintained at agreed levels, monitor supplier costs & capacity to establish a seamless quotation service is provided to the Sales team and contribute to revenue allocation in the markets. Work alongside the supporting areas (Finance, Procurement and Sourcing) to guarantee vendors contracts and payment processes are respected.

Responsabilities

  • Review and recommend appropriate field suppliers, project scope and methodology based on study specifications.
  • Track and analyze costs and timing and provide the best option to the sales team.
  • Develop new vendors to guarantee capacity, ensuring the negotiation and contracted needs are met.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure margins through cost management and that revenue will be recognized according to the timeline needed by supporting field start.
  • Responsible for maintaining metrics and reports that will support business strategy.
  • Create & Maintain vendor catalog as well as Identify agency availability.
  • Work closely with Field Coordinators and Project Coordinators to Build and maintain rapport with Vendors and respond to questions and calls promptly.
  • Follow the bidding process, guaranteeing quotation SLA.
  • Work alongside the supporting areas (Finance, Procurement and Sourcing) to guarantee vendors payment processes are followed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced English
  • Spanish speaker preferred
  • Google and Office Applications
  • Project management and negotiation
  • Vendor Management and development, Supply Chain, Outsourcing, Purchase and/or Sourcing experience
  • Organizational communications, presentations and public communication in English
  • Minimum of 1year experience in an office environment
  • Ability to take initiative and work Individually as well as in a Team environment
  • Attention to detail
