Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor (Las Cruces)

NM Multifamily Property Ownership Company is seeking a cooperative and collaborative Experienced Property Maintenance Manager for maintaining Multifamily properties in Las Cruces, NM – Job requires processing resident unit problems and issues in a timely manner – managing 8-12 maintenance staff for resolving both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance issues - Scheduling and overseeing contracted Maintenance repairs- Scheduling Multifamily daily and recurrent maintenance and turns – Maintain inventory and Equipment - Repairs purchasing. 3 years Knowledge/experience in all disciplines related to repair maintenance procedures desired - Daily Paperwork and Proficient with Computer usage software: (Word, Excel and Property Management-related software).
