Looking to HIRE GENERAL MAINTENANCE

We are looking to hire someone that is generally handy and able to accomplish regular repairs, including household repairs.

Some responsibilities include: Fixing and installing waterlines, inspecting septic tanks, and getting lots ready for mobile homes to move on. General repairs to mobile homes might include drywall work/patchwork, painting, and flooring repairs. Some heavy lifting and the ability to utilize hand tools is a must. Ability to operate a back hoe and/or small tractor is preferable.

We are willing to train the right person who is willing to learn and looking for a long time career. Must have a great can do attitude, and the ability to work well as a team as well as by yourself Also, must be task and deadline oriented.
