NANA Management Services is seeking an experienced Executive Chef at Dine College in beautiful, sunny, Tsaile, AZ. This position will provide key leadership for the culinary teams in Restaurant, Catering, Concessions, Campus and Corporate Service business lines. The Executive Chef will support three main units: two cafeterias and a coffee shop. Cafeteria supports 300-students and serves approximately 100-150 students per service (breakfast, lunch, dinner). This position will be directly responsible for purchasing, budgeting, food costs training and supervision of direct reports. The ideal candidate is a passionate, high energy, motivated manager with strong culinary and management experience.

Minimum requirements:

Must have an Associate of Arts Hospitality or Culinary degree.

Must have 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef in medium volume settings, including strong catering/banquet skills.

Three (3) years of Restaurant experience in a high-end/high volume environment.

Two (2) years in Campus Dining experience
