Bike Service Lead - Torpedo7 Westgate

Job Description

You understand the role a leader plays in store and have the capability to coach and inspire your team, building a culture of exceptional customer service, manage stock andachieve strong sales results.

We expect you have experience working with bikes, and are able to;

• manageorders and stock levels, analysing bike performance against forecast and budgets, controlling stock levels while maintaining accurate inventory of all bike stock
• managethe repair and warranties bike service,
• follow up on customer satisfaction
• follow Torpedo7 selling process for all bike sales, and ensuring the bike team consistently delivers excellent customer journey
• andmaintain a high level of product knowledge and up skilling team members, ensuring a succession plan is in place for key bike roles

Qualifications

Ideally you will have experience or an affinity with outdoor adventure sports. If you think you've got what it takes to be a leader in the Torpedo7 team and can add value in store, then we are keen to hear from you!

• technical bike skills and experience
• a proven track record of driving sales and profitability, minimising loss and maintaining exceptional store standards

• emotional maturity at all times
• excellent communication and the ability to build trust, confidence and mutual respect
• the ability to thinkin a focused, analytical and detailed manner with high levels of accuracy
