Heavy Haul Drivers Needed

Now Hiring OTR Stepdeck / RGN (Double Drop) Heavy Haul Drivers

A family owned trucking company based in Lemont, IL is looking for EXPERIENCED Heavy Haul drivers to join our growing team. Depending on experience, applicant can choose either 53ft Stepdeck (to raise qualifications to DD) or DDE 3 axle trailer (7 axles total) for oversize / overweight loads.

Candidates

Applicant must be HUNGRY for MONEY, have flexible schedule, and willingness to be OTR for 2 - 3 - 4 weeks (then a week or so off). Experienced in operating Stepdeck or multi axle DD trailer for oversize / overweight loads. Candidate has to be physically fit and able to strap, chain and tarp loads. Applicant is expected to have at least basic knowledge of most state laws for moving oversize/overweight loads and following permitted routes.

We offer - based on experience:

Step Deck driver - 40% from gross or 60cpm whichever is greater

RGN driver - 33% from gross or 90cpm whichever is greater

Most maintenance - PAID

Minimum Requirements

23+ years old

Class A CDL

Hazmat endorsement

One year verifiable OTR experience

Verifiable driving history

No DOT-recordable/preventable accident in past 12 months

No serious violations in past 36 months, including reckless driving or careless endangerment

No DUI in past 60 months

Overall safe driving record

Felony and misdemeanor charges reviewed case-by-case

No positive drug or alcohol tests
