Service Technician - Wood/Pellet Stoves

Dreamstyle Remodeling is currently experiencing significant growth and is seeking to add a Service Coordinator to the Spa and Stove division. The ideal candidate is reliable, prompt, eager, and will possess the necessary skills and experience to succeed and grow in the company. We look for excellent customer service skills, and prefer wood stove experience or experience in the building trades, utilities and/or possibly major appliance.

Typical duties will include:

Assisting with wood stove installation and service calls

Respond to maintenance jobs

Material runs

Prep installation packages for install teams

Site checks

Communications with Project Leaders, homeowners

Facilitate daily/weekly practices to directly improve efficiencies of production

Requirements:

Experience working with wood/pellet stoves or experience in the building trades, utilities and/or possibly major appliance. Spa install/service experience a plus.

Great customer service skills

Valid Drivers License

Must pass background check

Ability to regularly push, pull, lift, carry 75 pounds
