Oct 2020 Maintenance and Handyman for Property Management

Oct 2020 We are a Residential Property Management Company looking for Handyman to work on maintenance items. Part time, contract work to start.

Garbage Disposals

Toilet repair/replacement

faucet replacement/repair

Leak repairs

Ceiling fans

Painting/drywall repair

flooring repair and replacement

Yard clean up, sprinkler, trash hauling

lots more!

Pay is 15-25 per Hour depending on experience and qualifications and ability to complete work in timely organized fashion.

part time contract work 10-20 hours per week to start. Work orders are assigned individually. Can be full time positions with demonstrated skills, organization, and discipline.

Must have reliable truck transportation and tools.
