GB98/02 and MM98 Licensed Maintenance Oct 2020 (Albuquerque)

We are a growing Residential Property Management Company looking for licensed GB98 or GB02 Contractors to perform maintenance on our properties.

We are also looking for MM98 Plumbing, Mechanical contractors for water lines, in wall plumbing, gas lines, HVAC, water heaters.

General contractors pay is $35-45 per hour depending on experience and insurance coverage. Standard rates for typical items apply (Roof repairs and leaks, Decks, Stairs, garbage disposal, toilets, swamp cooler repairs and replacement, door replacement, drywall, etc.)

Workers comp insurance is a big plus. MUST have current GB02 or GB 98

Workload can be 20 hours per week or more depending on quality of work and pricing.
