Description Local company in ALBQUERQUE is seeking a FULLTIME Bilingual/Spanish Speaking Receptionist. Receptionist needed to answer multi-line phone system, mail prep, scanning documents and any other administrative duties assigned. Must have good communication skills and Microsoft Office experience. This is a FULLTIME Monday thru Friday 8A-5P position. Order office and kitchen supplies

Handle and route all incoming phone calls

Look after various office files and provide general office filing support

Organize, review, and allocate incoming mail according to specified procedures

Have strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency

Create a welcoming environment for visitors

Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

Requirements - High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

Deep understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Office

Customer service experience

Spanish Language experience desired

Expertise in Receptionist Duties

Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

Customer service and office administrative skills

Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills

Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

Energetic, intelligent, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
