It takes an incredible team to deliver the goodness of dairy and enrich our communities – come join us!The Coordinator will:Manage purchasing of vehicle parts tires and supplies.

Coordinate all repair s and body shop work.

Perform quarterly inventories for multiple locations.

Manage obsolete parts to variance of 5% or less.

Manage parts inventories for multiple locations.

Process all invoices, become COUPA and Dossier expert.

Maintain all vendor related RO's to 45 days.

Manage vehicle information files, transfers, disposal forms.

Manage and follow through with all warranty claim s.

Use Vendor web sites, Freightliner, International, Peterbilt for warranty and check vehicle specification etc.

Perform monthly Fuel Reconciliation for all assigned sites.

Assisting with scheduling task for fleet technicians.

Take road call information when supervisor or manager are not available

Filing as needed.

Perform other related duties.

varies by company and governing CBAsRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent and one to 18 months related experience and/or training preferred.

Proficient computer skills required in the Windows environment. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and One Drive.

Organizational and Administrative skills.

Analytical and accounting skills.

Willingness to travel as necessary (local).

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
