Finance point of contact for BT and business stakeholders and financial administration of legacy and TSA’d above market systems Hyperion Financial Management and BPC Planning during the transitional period.This role can be remote.Primary Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with the Business, IT, senior leads, and other stakeholders as it relates to gaps/issues affecting above market systems.

Work with the stakeholders, user community, various technical groups (on and off shore) and vendors in analyzing datasets to uncover relationships and insights into data usage.

Lead the resolution of bottlenecks from a resource perspective and support governance bodies and their requests.

Lead finance master data management and governance, in collaboration with MDM/GBS function.

Lead and actively work with teams to drive the definition of and execution of data reconciliation across transactional, reporting and planning systems. This includes root cause analysis of data rejects.

Diagnose data issues related to Robotic platform and work with BT partner to resolve.

Lead group meetings to facilitate collaborative solutioning to tackle sophisticated, multidisciplinary financial data problems with long-term implications.

Where it relates to above market system projects: Oversee development of business requirements and solution design to ensure appropriate alignment with end state objectives.

Develop project target achievements, completion dates and adhere to an agreed upon schedule with timely communication of project statuses.

Address the interdependencies across the various workstreams with focus to drive end to end process optimization and operational readiness.

Enable the coordination of activities across local and above markets to ensure proper execution and achievement of the agreed deadlines

Support documentation and project management related deliverables.

Lead change management, training, and collaboration.

Finance systems point of contact for business integrations and divestitures.

Potentially with direct reports Ad-hoc reporting and planning responsibilities.

Education Minimum Requirements:Degree in Accountancy, Financial Business Management and/or Information Science preferred, CPA a plus.

Required Experience and Skills:10+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance.

10 years of experience leading and delivering full life cycle (including interim state) financial system implementation and oversight experience at a leading multinational company with a focus on Finance, Accounting and Controlling, alternatively equivalent consultancy experience in this environment.

Experience and functional knowledge of S4/HANA, SAC Planning, Group Reporting, BW Analytics are required and Robotics a plus.

Experience in data mapping solutions for S/4HANA systems for data related to SAC Planning and Group Reporting.

Technical and functional knowledge of consolidation and planning on SAC Planning platform is required.

FP&A and planning consolidation process experience is required.

Technical and functional knowledge of Group Reporting and its integration with SAP FICO/S4 experience is required.

Experience with designing data input solutions to Group Reporting.

Experience in developing reports from S/4HANA and BW Analytics.

Hyperion Financial Management and BPC Planning experience a plus.

Strong working knowledge of finance master data and financial planning and reporting systems and SAP FICO/S4

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels of business and in a global and regional team environment

Strong business acumen, analytics and problem-solving skills background to resolve or define data and process gaps

Demonstrated project experience in complex Finance system migrations & implementations

Demonstrated leadership in achieving shared objectives in a matrix organization, managing cross-divisional initiatives, and cross-functional teams in an extremely lean, dynamic environment.

Advanced ability to work in partnership with others to accomplish quality goals; possesses advanced leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a global matrixed organization.

Expert level skills in problem solving using creative thinking, gathers data from appropriate stakeholders and responds to new, complex or problematic situations to influence organization direction.

Advanced skills to drive change that enhances processes within Finance that improve quality and /or add value to the business.

Expert ability to organize work efforts, prioritization of tasks and utilize appropriate resources to deliver or support work products in accordance with timelines and appropriate regulations.

Advanced skills to utilize knowledge, networks and data to make rapid and appropriate decisions and to determine when escalation of issues is necessary.

Advanced level of knowledge of regulations and business trends and applies this knowledge to optimize daily activities and make appropriate decisions that improves the quality of business and functional area outputs.

Advanced communications skills to convey and receive information.
