Infrastructure Program Manager for Global Service Management

9 Month Contract

Whitehouse Station, NJ (Remote to Start)

W2 Only! Team Focus: Partner with Infrastructure key stakeholders including Global End User Services and Operations team focused on delivering end to end services across a wide range of shared technology disciplines. Key projects: Assist with the integration of new tools within ServiceNow platform and lead the design/build/implementation of global and regional business processes for Event Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Patch Management, Certificate Management, and others. Reason for Position: Required due to current project manager resource constraints and limited skill set and experience with business process development and ServiceNow integration.

Overview: Expectation that PM will manage own time to:-Coordinate and oversee the design, build, and delivery elements of our global operational business processes.-Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities required to achieve the above, involving interaction with End User Services, Operations, Security, Engineering teams and external vendors.-Work with stakeholders in multiple regions and time zones.-Provide support and assistance in the promotion and wider rollout of newly developed business processes and tooling.-Be responsible for the administration and production of PMO project documentation.-Assess project risks in an informed and considered manner and plan for their mitigation.-As required, escalate any residual impediments to delivery and ensure that they are remediated.-Track progress against milestones, deadlines and budget. Report on these items to key stakeholders and provide new or updated dependency information into Shared Services and PMO Management.-Work Environment is collegiate and collaborative-Potential to convert to perm if vacancy opens-As with all such roles in a large complex organization, the role holder will need to handle a dynamic change environment.

Requirements: -7+ years experience in Infrastructure Project and Program Management-ServiceNow Implementation knowledge and experience-Six Sigma Blackbelt preferred-ITIL certified-4yr college degree-Excellent Communications Skills

Top 3 Must Haves: -Track record of delivering infrastructure transformation programs; preferably with building new end to end business processes centered around ServiceNow and AIOPs.-Experience engaging multiple groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating working sessions, designing business process workflows, and documenting results-Working knowledge of Program Management tools and methodologies, including Visio, JIRA, Kanban, Agile

Top 3 Nice to Haves: - Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to document processes and workflows-Able to demonstrate strong management skills including change management, facilitation-Ability to manage several work streams simultaneously
