Position Description: Insurance Solutions Agency, (CISA) is a million premium operation licensed in all 50 states and surplus lines. This position requires to provide bespoke customer service and a knowledge of policy admin various to create quote and issue policies, answer coverage questions, general policy servicing, support billing and claim enquiring. Ensure all communication is well documented in the policy administration system. Process incoming endorsement requests; follow up on open underwriting items and correspondence.
