- Understand and solve SAP problems, especially in the quality and logistic areas
- Aid in the design, configuration and testing of various SAP modules: Primarily QM, MM, WM, and PP with secondary emphasis on SD
- Handle GMP change control procedures
- Work with Information Systems personnel on SAP user problems
- Train SAP users in different modules, functions and processes, and SAP applications
- Write training manuals and user guides
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and laws
- Development of new, improved procedures
- Investigate, analyze, and solve software problems; develop necessary product modifications
- BS in a computer science, information systems, engineering or related
- 4+ years’ experience in a data management system, SAP
- SAP modules: Primarily QM, MM, WM, and PP (experience with at least 2 if good!)
- Ability to understand and execute cGMP software, validation procedures, including preparation or text cases.
- SAP configuration and one full lifecycle SAP implementation experience preferred
- Exp. with Systems technologies such as printing, labeling highly preferred
- Project management experience in a highly technical industry is preferred
