Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and passionate full-time Marketing Manager to join our New York City team with a passion for performance marketing and social media advertising. You will maintain day-to-day marketing across all Oth Media brands, create & traffic ads using various social media platforms and report directly to the founder/creative director. Past experience in developing marketing creative or working directly with the Facebook Ads Manager platform is a plus. Applicants should have a clear understanding of paid digital advertising or web marketing, a creative awareness of the social media advertising field and an aptitude for analyzing data.

The ideal Marketing Manager candidate is creatively-minded and performance driven, resourceful and has a proven track record of scaling digital marketing campaigns. As a part of our team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the brands forward through the development of innovative content for social media markets and grow their skill set in a fast-paced and exciting startup environment.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • You have an intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.

  • You are able to develop, execute, and scale growth strategies across existing gand new channels

  • You’re able to think creatively and innovatively.

  • Your analytical skills can forecast and identify trends and challenges

  • You’re business minded and results oriented.

  • You have budget-management skills and proficiency.

  • You’re familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

  • You have strong verbal and communication skills.

A deep understanding of:

  • Facebook Marketing and Social Media in general

  • Structured Email Campaigns as well as lead generation, ideally know Convertkit or similar

  • IG, Tiktok, FB, Pinterest, LinkedIn,

  • Wordpress

  • An ace with the Google Suite

It’s also a plus if you know (but not necessary):

  • Adobe Design Suite, InDesign & Photoshop

  • Adobe Premier or Final Cut Pro

  • Photo editing software: Lightroom and/or Capture One Pro

Your experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or Business

  • Previous marketing responsibilities in either B2C or B2B environment.

  • Proven results in marketing.

  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • Photography and/or Graphic Design background is a strong plus.

  • You have an established network with peers who respect you.

Job Specifications:

  • A highly personalized character who focuses attention on the brand, above all else.

  • Networks regularly and meets with influencers and industry professionals.

  • Maintain focus and discipline to consistently deliver a high quality product that the company has built a reputation for.

  • Manage the backend of the website and update on bi-weekly basis

  • Curate galleries on website

  • Manage website SEO

  • Create and maintain drip-marketing campaign

  • Serve as a liaison to production team

  • Manage photo submissions to magazine and online media daily

  • Create and maintain relationships with publications for studio PR
