Job Title: Product Manager, Enterprise Content Management, FRMS (ECM)Position Purpose:The Product Manager is responsible for defining and communicating the strategic path of the Nautilus ECM (Enterprise Content Management) product as well as being engaged in the day-to-day decisions regarding product development and product releases. This includes new product conception, definition, launch, and post-launch activities, including increasing the profitability of existing products. The Product Manager provides end-to-end management support for the Nautilus ECM product and services through the development cycle as well as working with and influencing sales, marketing, finance, operations and senior management to achieve revenue and profit goals.You must possess a unique blend of business, marketing and technical savvy, a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality.Your Role:75% of Your Day: Responsible for managing, promoting, and directing the overall success of Nautilus ECM product. Accountable for determining, managing and promoting feature set requirements for each product release. Development of strategic roadmap and business plans for the product offering to best meet current and future market needs, via new opportunities and enhancements to existing offerings. Understanding of the competitive landscape and craft competing product functionality. Drive the end-to-end product cycle from business justification through product launch. Ensure the execution of sound product management processes on a function-specific basis. Plan and execute strategies for continuous improvement in methodologies, processes, procedures, and technologies. Responsible for managing product profitability, packaging and pricing of solution set Establish and maintain third party relationships. Assist the Sales and Sales Support with new opportunities and RFPs/RFIs.25% of Your Day: Go to Market Plans - Independently spearheads strategic initiatives and go to market plans, key value propositions and relevant industry or company proof points and campaigns that will help our clients deliver new digital consumer experiences and will drive growth in new markets. Product positioning - Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products, creating original content and defining and coordinating marketing programs. Marketing Communications- Create original marketing communications, drive awareness with thought leadership content and campaigns for the specific product lines, including management of relationships with internal partners, advertising, and public relations agencies. Market Intelligence and Action Strategies– be the expert on your buyer personas and their buying criteria, understand the planning and decision making cycle of financial institutions, be the expert on our competition and know how to win market share. Sales enablement - Communicate the value proposition of the products and work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Channels partners for product launches and initiatives.
