We have a world-class team working together to help drive our ambitions and scale to the next level. We are looking for an experienced program manager to come in and lead funnel health initiatives for our ETR (Emerging Talent Recruiting) team. This individual will provide insights and guidance to the ETR leadership team on the funnel health to inform the strategy. This individual will be part of the Scaled Programs and Experiences (SPE) Recruiting Operations team and will partner closely with key stakeholders to identify and drive cross-functional initiatives to increase operational efficiency and productivity through the recruiting funnel. This is a highly strategic and impactful role within Meta Recruiting, with a significant opportunity to demonstrate excellence in proactive thought leadership, predictive analytics and cross functional leadership.Required Skills: Partner closely with ETR leadership to develop the funnel strategy based on growth targets

Collect & analyze data, information, and research through quantitative and qualitative mechanisms to understand current state recruiting processes, identify root causes, and make decisions and recommendations on critical strategic issues

Leverage existing dashboards and analytics to measure and predict funnel health and impact on goals

Quickly root cause discrepancies and define short term and longer terms initiatives to prevent data discrepancies

Partner with teams across operations to and cross functional partners to improve funnel health

Create, implement, transform & execute innovative Recruiting solutions using business acumen and industry expertise while also leveraging and amplifying existing programming in place across the company

Key deliverables will include regular review of funnel health, predictive analytics on progress to goal and root cause analyses as required

Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Programs, Analytics and or funnel operations in a tech environment

5+ years experience in leveraging analytics to determine program/business health

Demonstrated experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations

Track record of operating independently and delivering results, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner

Experience in leading process improvement projects with a proven record of increasing operational efficiency including change impact analysis, subsequent training & communication strategies

Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, flexibility, and being keen in identifying problems and proactively work towards solutions

Experience creating and delivering presentations to a variety of stakeholders including senior-level leadership
