Location: Trenton, NJ Description: Our client, a leading Pharmaceutical company, is currently seeking an ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their team.

This successful candidate will have the following background:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5+ years of related experience
3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform is required.
Experience with enterprise level ITSM (IT Service Management) and reporting tools are significant assets
Experience in ServiceNow user and group administration and governance a plus
Experience in one of the ITSM processes such as Incident Management and related metrics are significant assets
Understanding of global pharmaceutical industry
Strong skills in building and maintaining successful engagement and relationships with key stakeholders to ensure large scale IT project is supported and successfully delivered.
Strong Excel Skills
