The IT Support Technician will be a very hands-on position, providing desk side and remote technical assistance to end users in a mixed Corporate and Warehouse environment. Strong desktop troubleshooting skills will be used to handle technical support requests and determine root cause including diagnosing and resolving issues with PC's, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals. In addition to technical support you will be responsible for imaging PC's and laptops, deploying and configuring software, maintaining equipment inventory and managing storage of the same. You will be required to travel infrequently to our warehouses and showrooms, which are situated between Boston and Washington, DC. However this is an on-premises position based in our Teterboro, NJ headquarters.Direction will be driven primarily by helpdesk tickets and phone calls. You will work with the Network administrator, Network architect and IT director. 0-3 years Experience necessary. At minimum proven experience even if in college is required. Must have own transportation for infrequent travel to various off-site locations.
