Overview:

Our marketing team helps aid our premier boutique private equity firm that specializes in the offering of pre-IPO investing and startup venture capital. We represent private investment funds investing in a range of high-tech, high-growth sectors, such as cloud computing, software-as-a-service, banking, and biotechnology. With the dynamic, rapidly changing nature of the high-tech industry, it’s key to stay fully informed on the many opportunities available and the potential for high risk and high reward

Description of Operation:

Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange investments, using high-volume telesales. Investors are required to be accredited so they have substantial investing experience. Organizing and overseeing new marketing/company initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Referrals are a huge part of people who are highly successful in this role. Private equity ownership in large profitable companies that have gotten enormous media attention. These are genuinely investments your broker doesnt have, and that is just one of the explanations for referrals being so large.

In addition:

Our rapidly growing company is looking for a motivated business development officer to develop and implement growth strategies for the achievement of revenue goals. Candidates should have the right blend of analytical talent and business know-how. Successful applicants should be experienced in financial sales as well as with management and overseeing a sales floor. Preference will be given to candidates who plan to stay and grow with our company for the foreseeable future. The pay structure is commission based only. This position involves phone sales to seasoned investors in the offering of Pre-IPO stock.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and investment needs

Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships

Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients

Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to potential shareholders

Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news

Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.

Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.

Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.

Ability to reach investment targets

Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional work ethic.

Highly financially motivated.

Previous sales experience is ideal. Financial sales experience still more valuable.

Top-notch analytical skills — you must have an eye for detail!
