Real Estate Processor (Mt. Laurel, NJ)

Company in Mt. Laurel is seeking experienced Real Estate Processors for several Temp to Hire or Direct Hire positions.

Job duties will include but are not limited to: acquiring real estate agreement of sale and clearing the title, ordering payoffs, HOA letters, judgments, coordinating closings with realtors and lenders, obtaining lender charges and preparing settlement statements.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Real Estate Processor in New Jersey or Pennsylvania is required. Candidates with only mortgage processing experience may be considered. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
