Sub U Systems, Inc. (www.Sub-U.com) is looking for a full-time or part-time Office Assistant / Receptionist for our Turnersville, NJ location. We seek a dynamic, personable individual to be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting visitors to our office and being the first point of contact with the company. Our technology company is looking for a professional with a minimum of one year of reception experience to fill this role. The position is ideally a full-time position, but part time employment is a possibility. Applications must have a LinkedIn profile.

Responsibilities and Duties

A qualified candidate will be able to perform the following essential functions:

· Proficient in MS Office and Outlook;

· Answer, screen, and route telephone calls. Resolve routine and non-routine administrative problems and answer inquiries;

· Be able to take concise messages when needed;

· Maintain the office;

· Manage emails and correspondence;

· Assist with administrative overflow;

· Process outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail;

· Provide general office support with clerical activities and associated tasks;

· Requisition supplies;

· Provide callers with information such as company address, directions, website and related information;

· Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required to help resolve routine problems, answer general questions, and know when to escalate more complex issues;

· Filing and records management systems;

· Ability to exercise judgment to shift priorities and organize multiple tasks simultaneously;

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

· Use proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation when reviewing and/or editing documents for accuracy and completeness;

· Maintain confidential information;

· Excellent time management skills;

· High school diploma (or equivalent) and Administrative experience, which may include successful completion of an administrative assistant certificate program;

· Any other administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of company business.

Qualifications and Skills

All candidates must have a minimum of one year prior experience as a professional office receptionist. Must be able to manage call and order processing as needed, order office supplies, be polite and courteous on the phone with all types of callers, handle light administrative duties and make a professional presentation to all visitors to the office.
