The Digital Advertising Technology Manager, will assist with sourcing activities which support internal and external partners while delivering efficiencies and optimization in the various Commercial Categories (Media, Marketing, Customer Development) with a special focus on Media/Agency Category. The primary responsibilities include ensuring that a sound sourcing process is implemented in compliance with the Global Procurement guidelines while promoting the utilization of procurement methodology through brand, category management and strategic sourcing activities, as well as supporting partners in Marketing mainly in Working and Non-working Media, Advertising Production, and the Agency fee management for traditional and digital media

Basic Required Qualifications: -Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8 years professional experience working in Information Technology or Digital Marketing
  • Minimum of 6 years of Advertising Technology experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Ad Serving Technology, including Google Campaign Manager
  • Minimum of 2 years of Demand Side Platform (DSP), including Google DV 360
  • Minimum of 2 years of Data Management Platform (DMP) work experience in Salesforce Audience Studio
  • Minimum of 2 years of Web Analytics in Google Analytics 360
  • Experience managing teams of developers and analysts
  • Experience with AdWords/Facebook/Digital Paid Media at a practical application level including knowledge on how to stand up, run, and analyze the results of campaigns
  • Ability to apply agile methodology and sprint development to lead project implementations and backlogs
  • Ability to collaborate using the Google Suite of tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as customer relationship building skills
  • Adapt to and work effectively with a variety of engagements and in results-oriented situations
  • Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage sophisticated projects with many partners.
  • Desire to participate in and help build and strengthen a collaborative environment.
  • Experience leading large full-lifecycle implementations and/or implementing coordinated solutions including cloud-based marketing solutions
