ResponsibilitiesTO support daily technical support activities for desktop, laptop dataSupport and manage day to day Video conferencing room and huddle roomsOn boarding and releasing of IT assets to employees, asset managementTechnical escalation point for Level 1 engineersFlexible to emergency IT projectsInteracting with Vendors to close open technical and general issuesInteracting with Internal and external customers on technical issuesWorking in sync with the 3rd Level Support to get the open issues to closure. Carrying out IT projects and patch management in all the IT serversResearch and resolution of Technical faults
