Job Description: Our client is looking for a Workday Solution Architect with hands-on experience to build Complex Integrations and other Workday Configurations. This person will be responsible for understanding existing Integrations, make changes to them as necessary and build new ones.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to develop requirements for requested Workday enhancements.
  • Recommend Workday technical solution taking into account priorities and tradeoffs, and drive alignment among stakeholders.
  • Architect, build and tests Workday integrations and reports
  • Lead Technical analysts to troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues; escalate issues with application management support (AMS) partners.
  • Provide support to all Business Units by analyzing user issues and resolving them via technical solution and/or process re-engineering.
  • Enforce the system migration procedures in compliance with existing SOX change control policies.
  • Assist the department to maintain proper internal control for SOX Compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Workday via the semi-annual release.
  • Assist the change management efforts on new implementations.
  • Consult with business and process owners to understand the business case for development requests, process improvements, new interfaces, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with other People Operations team members to create and maintain requirement documents and test plans for the various People Operations enhancements.
  • Provide support to the Global People team and Payroll team by analyzing user issues and resolving them by directing users with proper training.
  • Responsible to ensure payroll issues related to Workday to Payroll integrations are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other companies’ Compensation Teams to execute the annual Compensation Planning process and Performance Management process.
  • Ability to work on multiple parallel projects using organizational and time management techniques to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner.

Skills Required:
  • 5+ years of Workday HCM and Integration experience
  • Deep knowledge of Workday's Business Process Framework and Security
  • 5+ years of Workday configuration experience in at least 3 of the modules:
  • Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, Performance Management, Dashboards, Mobile and/or Advanced Compensation
  • Expert knowledge in some of the following modules in Workday
  • HCM
  • Absence Management
  • Time Tracking
  • Performance Management
  • Expert knowledge of PECI/PICOF.
  • 8-10 years of experience with HR and Technology
  • Knowledge of SAP, Peoplesoft, UltiPro HR is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Database is a plus
  • Strong engagement, communication and influencing skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment
  • Must be skilled in analytical techniques, practices and problem solving
  • Must be self-motivated, rapid learner, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
