Graphic Artist (PMCAS-22-0795-F) Bowhead is seeking a Graphic Artist to join our team at the Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey. The Public Communications Specialist will prepare content for briefing packages and reports for management review. As well as provide graphic design support in the preparation of presentations, training materials, logos, awards, material layouts, posters, project schedules and other materials used to showcase PM CAS programs for various events. Responsibilities will include: • Compiles, organizes, monitors, and provide analysis of program information in preparation of external publications and information releases. • Monitors program information and planning to prepare digital content preparation on required timelines. • Maintains, organizes, and upgrades digital program information to support customer requirements. • Copying, binding, public releases, coordination of division briefings, formatting briefings, updating org & distribution lists, updating milestones, creating trip binders for DPM, ordering items to be printed, • Providing video editing, computer graphics, and multimedia presentation. • Developing the design, layout, and production of brochures, pamphlets, briefings, posters, displays, and other materials. • Supporting the creation of presentations including graphics, charts, photos and clip-art including determining style, size and arrangement of text and images. • Creating various graphic materials which may include scanned documents and photography. Requirements In accordance with Executive Order 14042: Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors, candidates should be aware that they may be required to have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire. • Requires at least a bachelor's degree or 20 years of experience in the field or in a related area. • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals at the level of complexity of the contract scope. • Performs a variety of tasks. An extensive degree of creativity is required. • Utilization of the following software applications: Adobe CS6: Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Excel 2013, Microsoft PowerPoint 2013, Microsoft Word 2013 and the following Information Technology Software: Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Media Player, and MS Outlook and Webmail application, OneDrive, Sharepoint and TEAMS. • Video editing using MS Movie Maker.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level. Possessing an active Secret clearance is preferred. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
