We are looking for a superstar Marketing Manager to focus on our Broker channel, reporting into the Head of Brand and Partner Marketing. You'll bring deep experience in channel or broker marketing (B2B2B) and understand the unique features of this model in a full generalist role.  The responsibilities of this role are: Ensuring Broker & Aggregator partners are up to date with Shift's platform & products through various marketing channels e.g. email & social mediaIntegral member in the go-to-market strategy and execution for any new platform or product releasesDeveloping and implementing automated communications strategy across Broker lifecycle, with support provided by our in-house Customer Marketing ManagerDevelop and manage the end-to-end execution of quarterly campaigns and be the main point of contact for our Trade Media partnersDevelop sales enablement materials such as, but not limited to, pitch packs and social media contentMeasure, track and interpret performance trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvementWork closely with Events & Sponsorship Manager to ensure successful execution of all eventsWork closely with Product Owner to ensure a best-in-class experience for Brokers in our platform, Shift Connect
