Job Description
Sia Partners is searching for a Technical Project Manager with5 - 10 years of system integration experience within traditional investment products covering
Mutual Funds, 529, and UITs. This team member will interface with our key client stakeholders across the clients Business operations and IT teams. The PM will beresponsible fordelivery of system integration initiatives and bridge the gap between business and technology.As a Project Manager team member of the
Wealth & Asset Management Practice, you will apply your prior industry / consulting experience to manage key projects and initiatives for our clients. Successful candidates will have 5+ years of experience in Project Management System Integration across Wealth or Asset Management.Our consultants possess exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Qualifications
- Manage full portfolio of work from small to large projects involving platforms integration and data conversions
- Technical delivery of traditional investment products covering Mutual Funds, 529, and UITs
- Ability to create system flow charts, sequence diagrams, understand system architecture and translating business requirements to technology
- Work closely with developers to bridge the gap between business and technology
- Develop working group, senior stakeholder, and senior level presentations for project stakeholders
- Track and manage interdependencies, critical path and risk status
As a core member of the Wealth & Asset Management Practice, you will:
- Deliver on a range of client assignments, usually as part of an on-site project team (some travel may be required)
- Assist in developing thought leadership and building solutions and methods
- Develop exceptional trusted advisor relationships with our clients
- Identify opportunities for new business and support bid teams with proposals
- Contribute to the development of high-quality technical offerings
- Support the Sia practice and our people development
