operations team member / dispatcher

Dependable Enterprises Inc, Long Distance Moving Co. is seeking operations team member / dispatcher.

Responsibilities:

Duties include but are not limited to: monitoring dispatch boards, tracking time lines and drivers.

Coordinating and multi-tasking of heavy dispatch operations.

Handling customer related issues.

Generating written reports.

Driver management

Route/Driver Scheduling

Clients assistance by email/voice

Minimum Requirements:

Experience in moving industry.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Internet, and other general computer skills.

Must be available for all shifts, including evenings and weekends.
