Mold Remediation Technician – Full-time

Monday thru Friday - no "on call" required

We perform mold remediation and cleanups in homes and businesses throughout Northern New Jersey. Our technicians work in basements, crawlspaces and attics cleaning/removing mold contamination, water damage and hoarding cleanouts at various job locations (centralized around Morris County). We are looking for a Lead Technician to join our team.

Our ideal candidate will:

· Be physically able to operate tools including hammers and saws, mops, vacuums, etc.

· Be able to work while wearing full Personal Protective Equipment including full face masks, chemical suits, gloves, etc.

· Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel daily to job sites throughout northern New Jersey.

· Be able to work in challenging environments including crawlspaces, tight attics, hot/cold, trauma scene, hoarding situations.

· Always be on time and dependable.

· Have a positive attitude and clean, professional appearance.

· Be willing to learn the systems and techniques of our company.

· Be able to read, understand and speak English.

2 or more years’ experience in trades, contracting, hands-on roles required.

Applicants with little direct experience in mold remediation, but a great attitude are welcome. We will train the right candidate!

WRT, AMRT certification or previous water mitigation or mold remediation experience is a plus.

Starting rate $23-$24 per hour depending on experience. Paid sick leave and time off available.
