Bilingual Custodian/Housekeeper for Prestige Adult Medical Day Center

Prestige of Woodland Park Adult Day Medical Day Care Center has immediate opening for Bilingual Custodian/Housekeeper Full Time. Monday - Friday. No weekends.

Must be able to communicate in English.

Duties: 1. Cleaning and disinfecting program area, offices

2. Restrooms Sanitation: cleaning and sanitize toilets, sinks, faucets multiple times per day;

3.Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure new liners are in the place few times a day;

4. Monitor for potential maintenance issues such as leaks or broken fixtures, and report it to administrator.

Required skills: proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper;

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies and their proper use;

Ability to work independently and as a part of the team;

Handle the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, lifting at least 50 pounds

Good communication skills to report issues to administrator

Valid driver license a must. Team player a must.
