We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team! If you have a passion for creating delicious breads, pastries and desserts, we would love to hear from you. Apply today to be part of our dynamic culinary team!

Job duties will include assisting our Executive Pastry Chef & Sous Chef with our extensive bread baking program, as well as creating pastries & desserts.

We are ideally looking for full-time candidates, but are open to part-time availability as well. Weekend availability is required. Culinary degree in pastry preferred but not required.

Job Duties:

- Prepare a variety of breads, pastries & desserts according to recipes and established standards

- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients and finished products

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen

- Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in culinary school, as a pastry cook or in a similar role is preferred

- Knowledge of different pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, and plating

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Pay rates are based on experience and open for discussion at interview
