Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for helping others? We are seeking a Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service calls, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound calls and emails from customers

- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians

- Provide information and updates to customers regarding service calls

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills and customer service experience

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in using computer systems and software

- Previous experience in a dispatch or customer service role is a plus

- Quick Books Knowledge and Experience is also a plus
