Job Description

Broadridge is growing The Associate Sales Operations Analyst will come from an analytics, sales operations, and project management background and will support sales performance reporting and data management. Qualified candidates are hardworking Data and Business Intelligence analysts with the ability to quickly gain proficiency in Salesforce.com reporting and pipeline management standard methodologies, sales acceleration automation tools and data visualization applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales operations planning and analytical support across a multi-segment sales structure, to ensure execution of core sales operations processes and initiatives around sales productivity analytics, quota planning, commissions operations, forecasting, white space planning, etc.
  • Assist in the implementation of automated sales performance reporting through the development, creation and maintenance of customized reports and dashboards for the Global Sales, Marketing and Solutions (GSMS) organization
  • Perform research and analysis in support of all CRM data optimization initiatives
  • Maintain data integrity for sales productivity performance analytics
  • Perform comprehensive data validation analysis
  • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques
  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends in complex data sets
  • Perform root cause analysis; Isolate error trends/patterns and data discrepancies; Implement risk mitigation and corrective measures
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Assist in the prioritization of business and information needs
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analysis and modelling
  • Support the forecasting & financial reconciliation process; summarizing weekly, monthly and quarterly results related to Closed Sales, Forecast and Pipeline reporting
  • Produce monthly sales productivity packages, Quarterly Business Review packages and standardized scorecards/leaderboards on sales performance metrics
  • Create user and training documentation on detailed work flow processes
  • Passionately pursue ongoing education on industry knowledge, business systems integrations, CRM functionality, and end-to-end sales process management standard methodologies

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA required
  • 2 to 4 years data analysis, project management and/or sales operations experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong reporting background using standard and CRM-based automated reporting tools including Salesforce.com dashboards
  • Ability to learn CRM (Salesforce.com, etc) and other integrated sales operations systems preferred (Pipeline Management applications; For Marketing - Eloqua, Marketo; etc)
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Powerpoint with ability to translate data into executive-level presentations
  • Solid understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau, with ability to create succinct and efficient visualizations
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Thinks strategically and analytically, grasps new and ground breaking concepts quickly, and finds creative solutions to complex problems
  • Experience with SQL queries, a plus
