• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst is required
• At least 3 years of experience in the health insurance industry is required
• Can manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the Business Analyst Level 3 and above and relationship managers
• SME Knowledge of more than one payor domains such as Membership Claims Benefits Pricing Vendor Delegation etc. ( the current demand is for Commercial side of business)
• Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD RTM User Stories etc
• Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologies
• Self-starter with strong communication presentation relationship building and strategic analytical skills
• Strong time management goal setting and task prioritization abilities
• Minimum requirement of Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or a related field
