Requirements:

Passion for craftsmanship

Must be well versed in phases of painting. Example: prep (sheetrock repairs, spackling, coating, sanding, caulking, taping) Must be able to cut straight lines, roll without leaving train tracks. And spray with HVLP and or airless sprayer.
