Carpet Cleaning Crew Chief - Mitigation Technician

As a carpet cleaning technician, you are a key team member responsible for the cleaning of carpets and upholstery. This position all responds to properties that have been damaged by water, smoke, fire, debris or other methods of damage. Very fun and active job that is rewarding and so is the compensation.

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, Water damage mitigation

Maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

Restoration and construction experience helpful, but not required

Valid Driver's License and a good driver who has your own transportation

Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

Excellent communication skills

On-call availability

Possess and maintain a clean background and drug check
