Business Analyst / Delivery Lead

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Delivery Lead to work with our Global Market Risk (GMR) business to implement our 2022 data governance and data management initiatives, including data management standards adherence, Authorized Data Source (ADS) Management, data deliverables, data lineage documentation and supporting data audit and testing activities.
• The candidate will be responsible for contributing to strategic efforts including how we manage data, with a focus on improving timeliness of inputs and data quality. This position will help ensure the integrity and quality of the data within GMR by working with the business to implement enterprise data management standards.
• This position is aimed at someone with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills and a good understanding of how data is and should be managed, The person taking on this role must be a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.

• Lead the Data Management Team by holding daily scrums, assigning tasks and provide mentorship to more junior team members
• Planning, co-ordination, and execution of data management deliverables
• Implementation of data management standards adherence solutions
• Participate in data quality and incident management reviews and facilitate remediation activities
• Manage routines to support deliverables and collate statuses for stakeholder reporting
• Support audit activities
• Contribute to and actively engage in Data Strategy forums as it pertains to timeliness, quality, reporting and metrics and data health
• Track accomplishments and success metrics of the deliverables

• Must be proficient in data management
• Must be able to engage and leverage teams and business partners to efficiently deliver business solutions
• Ability to manage diverse projects impacting multiple roles and processes
• Ability to create management level reporting using aggregated data
• Experienced or having a strong grasp of Data Management Framework & Governance activities
• Project management experience (e.g. SDLC, Agile)
• Able to collaborate, clearly communicate and interact with business users and peer teams

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other Engineering disciplines
• Data analysis skills with some SQL and DB experience
• Experience with tooling and automation of data related activities (e.g. Collibra, Tableau reporting)
• PMI and/or Data Management certifications
• Experience in an Investment Banking and Risk Management Function
