Program Manager

An Excellent Opportunity for Technical Project Managers to work with one of the Largest Global Bank in Jersey city, NJ

• Project Manager resource required for Supports for end-to-end infrastructure technology projects for coordinating the requirements, design and build of hardware including servers, network
• Supports program and project management responsibilities relating to application software implementations and upgrades.
• Role has matrix execution responsibility across all technology organizations and the line of business as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projects.
• Manages multiple projects or a single complex project
• Partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements for technology solutions
• Assists with technology estimates, manages low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment
• Manages to timelines and communicates project status and has matrix management responsibility. Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholder

• Strong Project Management Skills
• MS Project, MS Excel and MS Power Point
• Educational background and experience in project management or business management or associated area
• Ability to work with others and manage disparate teams globally
• Ability to manage the successful execution of technical solutions whether by a single team or multiple teams
• A proven track record in a similar role
• Good interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible
• Must be able to face off to business and technology leaders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity
• Basics in financial markets & banking operations
• Keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
• Motivated to work closely and cooperatively with other team members of varying levels of seniority and experience
• Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work with little to no supervision"
