Job Description / Responsibilities:• Provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all programs and services, developing broad and deep knowledge of the Capital Markets Tech portfolio• Provide leadership, thought partnership and tactical support to the People, Organizational Effectiveness and Finance teams ensuring that all organizational policies and practices are followed• Ensure the design and implementation of a long-range strategy and roadmap to deliver the same• Coordinate and ensure strong execution across the Senior Management Team in accordance with the strategic plan and drive strong cross-team systems• High-level Project governance - monitoring & tracking of all delivery milestones, resource allocation and more• Oversee annual budgeting; ensures budgets and financial allocations are aligned to organizational strategic priorities• Provide strategic leadership around all Human Resources-related issues• Responsible for overall internal communications within Capital Markets Tech, including newsletters, website, collaboration tools and more• Compliance with organizational KPI's and metrics in a variety of operational topicsExperience & Qualifications• Minimum BS/BA degree with at least 10 years of experience and a track record in senior program management. MBA – preferred.• Deep knowledge of strategic finance with experience managing growing organizations• Analytic and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate to staff key objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goals• Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent public speaking skills• Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management• Creativity and flexibility with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment• The desire and ability to work collaboratively and virtually with staff members across teams• Passion, humility, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven and self-directed 151086 Please see our complete list of jobs at:www.rmscorp.com
