Agile Project Manager

Position: Agile Project Manager Location: Iselin, NJ (Hybrid - Onsite/Remote) Duration: Full Time 7 9 years of experience Requirements: Proven Agile Software Delivery experience and driving a cross-functional team to successfully deliver technology projects within the financial services industry able to provide tangible outputs from past experiences Experience managing dependencies across multiple streams in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment Strong stakeholder & relationship management skills C Suite and Technical stakeholders Thorough understanding of the project management process throughout the lifecycle, and the ability to identify issues and take corrective action Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment to accomplish goals Ensuring team members are briefed and have the requirements and the information they need to create a solution, execute on it, and are enabled to deliver on time and to best practice Coach, drive and facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, planning Strong relationship building and client facing skills a must Bachelor's degree in business, finance or equivalent experience preferred PMP Certification (Preferred) Regards, Chris Fernandes Lead Technical Recruiter Endure Technology Solutions Email: fchris@endure.tech
