Designer Associate

Hightstown, NJ

Responsibilities:
  • Design, execute and deliver marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, eMags and a variety of print and digital graphics
  • Communicate with internal clients and colleagues
  • Maintain an organized queue and workflow
  • Leverage existing design templates
  • Propose new designs with a variety of visual possibilities
  • Consistently and accurately uphold brand standards

Requirements:
  • Strong layout and typography skills
  • Elevated design aesthetic
  • Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Open to taking direction: revisions are an opportunity to grow!
  • 6 months to 1 year design experience
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Photoshop
