Job Description

To support this, we are seeking aTalent Acquisition Manager, focused on Diversity,who will managetargeted recruitmentefforts that are ultimatelyimpactful in increasing diversity within our colleague population. This includes identifying and aligning the company’s diversity objectives and priorities andthecorrelating strategies and programs that will ensure the optimal attraction of diverse talent.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, recommending and leveraginginternal and external partnerships to enhance the company'sbrand recognition with diverse talent pools
  • Developing diversity plans to ensure optimal effectivenesswith selected partners, to include agencies, associations, and educational institutions
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition colleagues indeveloping and executing a targeted recruitmentstrategy that helps attract a diverse workforce, from intern through executive roles, within the organization
  • Developing,managing, and implementing a multi-year diversity recruitment plan with multi-faceted sourcing plans to identify and engage diverse talent for identified job functions, levels and/or locations
  • Proactively engagingwith Human Resource Business Partner, Corporate Social Responsibility and Talent Development colleagues to align Talent Acquisition solutions to the enterprise inclusion and diversity plans and business priorities
  • Workingclosely with the Learning and Development team to develop recruitment centric diversity training and coaching programs for managers and colleagues
  • Collaborate with Affinity Group leaders and teams to help drive Inclusion and Diversity efforts
  • Organizingand facilitatinginternal and external recruitment events and conferences, with a focus on diversity
  • Understanding, leveraging and sharing best practices to develop diversity sourcing strategies and plans intended to identify, attract and engage talent to support organizational hiring needs
  • Leading the strategy and execution of the company’s diversity centric campus recruitment and internship strategy and related programs
  • Full lifecycle recruiting of vacancies when assigned

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitmentexperience
  • 3+ years of diversity program management ownership experience,including the direct development and implementation of successful sourcing strategies and plans, to includethe building, nurturing, and engagement ofcurrently active and engaged partnerships with diversity focused groups, organizations, educational institutionsand vendors
  • Direct team supervisory experience a strong plus; dotted line leadership experience, i.e. project based, is required
  • Experience in the creation and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of diversity programs
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related required
  • Experience coaching, leading, and inspiring colleagues and teams
  • A track record of developing and providingrecruiting strategies thatmeet business needs
  • Examples of building and leading successful diversity centric recruiting projects and/or programs, including internships and mentorships,with deep subject matter expertise on emerging trends
  • Executive level relationship building/partnershipexperience
  • Experience leading large-scale change management initiatives
  • Demonstrated experiencecollaborating across an organization todrive solutions
  • Strong technical skills, including Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters a strong plus), Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the demonstrated abilityto produce and present meaningful management information
  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing expertise and an active and engaged network
  • Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Persuading, influencing, negotiating and consultation skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of government regulations regarding employment
  • Flexibilityto travel
  • A blend of both in-house and agency experience strongly preferred
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience a strong plus
