- Microsoft Office 365 Suite - Basic troubleshooting, support and installation
- Prior experience troubleshooting PCs and peripherals
- Professional work experience with basic network troubleshooting
- Prior work experience with Remote Access tools such as GoTo Assist
- Printers and other peripherals setup/troubleshooting
- Prior experience working with ticketing systems for troubleshooting and support tracking
- PC Imaging for Windows 10
- Windows 10 setup using SCCM
- Prior experience using ServiceNow for ticketing
- Prior experience with GoTo Assist
- Windows 10 troubleshooting and configuration - End user support
- Encryption/Bitlocker installation
