Title: Desktop Support / HelpDesk / Desk Top / Help Desk With Office 365 and Windows 10 setup using SCCM

Location: Trenton / Ewing, NJ

Duration: 12+Months

Mode of Interview: One round of interview- In-person /Face to face (Mandatory)

Job Description:
  • This position requires the candidate to be 100% on site. So looking only for locals around an hour of drive to Ewing Township, NJ
  • 3+Years of exp in below skill are mandatory
  • Microsoft Office 365 Suite - Basic troubleshooting, support and installation
  • Prior experience troubleshooting PCs and peripherals
  • Professional work experience with basic network troubleshooting
  • Prior work experience with Remote Access tools such as GoTo Assist
  • Printers and other peripherals setup/troubleshooting
  • Prior experience working with ticketing systems for troubleshooting and support tracking
  • PC Imaging for Windows 10
  • Windows 10 setup using SCCM
  • Prior experience using ServiceNow for ticketing
  • Prior experience with GoTo Assist
  • Windows 10 troubleshooting and configuration - End user support
  • Encryption/Bitlocker installation
