  • Model N, Sales and Marketing Project Manage and support the US Pharma Commercial Acceleration Lead in the design and launch of analytics, data science and launce excellence solutions, creating a new standard of best practices with our internal associates and a high standard of excellence with Client internally and externally.
  • Ensure all project milestones are transparent and on track in order to engage, collaborate and align with the Commercial and Marketing teams, in the US and globally.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the US and globally, influencing, collaborating and gaining continued alignment on the analytics capability strategy including scope, priorities, timelines and objectives
  • Lead or co-lead all steering team and sub-team meetings, as applicable, driving progress, decisions and outcomes to achieve milestones
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Create presentations (PPT) that can be shared with stakeholders to communicate decisions, progress and highlight quick wins
  • Ensure the design reflects and supports the 'Novartis way of thinking', through analytics & data science models, tools and approach, engaging with key leaders to ensure the team is clear on practices being used
  • Monitor & report on business KPIs (leading / lagging) that will indicate and reflect the success of the analytical solutions provided by the team
  • Drive internal awareness and engagement of solutions developed by the team Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, influence, communication skills and executive presence
  • Experience effectively interacting with Senior Leadership
  • Capability to operate and implement in a matrix organization, with and without direct supervisory control.
  • Familiar with training and development, building cross organizational leadership development programs
  • Demonstrated experience working in an commercial analytics Center of Excellence
  • Knowledge and application of adult learning principles
  • Track record of introducing new learning strategies, innovative learning methods, use of learning technology and transforming learning within organizations
