MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

  • Client operates several tools for CRM, based on Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Reporting directly to the CRM Manager, there are several objectives in this position:
  • Support North-America CRM teams to run day to day outbound campaigns over all marketing channels (create automatic campaigns, assist users with issues on segmentation or management of creative / html)
  • Support Customer Service teams with their usage of Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Maintain and/or roll out tools for Customer Service, Loyalty, and Clienteling
  • Translate marketing business requirements into workflows and/or reports
  • Gather requirements for new functionalities / process change
  • Provide requirements and/or specifications for development
  • Coordinate UAT and user training
  • Code simple HTML web pages from templates
  • Conduct basic Adobe Campaign training for business users

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Basic Relational Database (such as SQL) or Excel analysis experience

Desired Skills: Intermediate (or above) experience with Adobe Campaigns (formerly Neolane). Experience with Saleforce Marketing Cloud, Bluecore or similar CRM platforms and tools is a plus. Basic HTML Ideally experienced in international / multi-brands context + knowledge about luxury industry / retail industry Project management and Agile project management methodologies is a plus.

Profile: University degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum of 2/3 years' experience in CRM domains Fluent spoken & written English
