Sales Representative-Spanish speaker

Leadstone LLC, as a wholesaler of quartz stone countertops, we are looking for outside sales reps for the NJ area.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following

1.The candidate will be on the road of NJ approximately 50% of the time.

2.Identify prospective clients and develop relationships with potential customers such as kitchen bath design stores, granite stone cutters, architects.

3.Have to go out to offices and meet clients like kitchen bath design stores, granite stone cutters, architects.

4.Understand our products, our market competition, and how to position products to overcome these factors.

5.Manage displays, samples, and selling tools for customer availability.

6.Identify sales potential with potential new customers.

7.Research and analyze customer needs and demands based on market information.

8.Investigates and resolves customer claims/problems.

9.Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

10.Gather market intelligence and provide data to the General Manager.

11.Ensure all new customers are set up appropriately according to marketing and sales standards in CRM System.

Additionally, the candidate must meet the following requirements:

1.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

2.Valid driver’s license, with a clean record.

3.Industry experience is a plus, but not required.

4.Spanish speaking is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
