System Engineer

At eG Innovations (https://www.eginnovations.com), we are looking to add multiple System Engineers to our team. This is a great opportunity with a fast-growing software product company looking to expand our team in the US.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in system administration, have a solid understanding of IT systems and processes and be interested in working for an entrepreneurial and innovative organization. The candidate will work in different areas - from implementation of performance monitoring solutions for clients to fine-tuning and troubleshooting solutions to demonstrate value to customers. This is a hands-on, technical position. You will be expected to work on different technologies including cloud environments, Citrix and virtual desktop technologies, containers and application platforms and so on.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Excellent Communication Skills, written and spoken (Position involves conducting Technical Presentations and Product Demonstrations to Customers and Partner

· 2 to 5 Years of Hands-On Experience in Virtualization or Citrix Technologies or Cloud Technologies.

· Hands-on Experience with Monitoring Solutions (like Solar Winds, Manage Engine, Citrix Director, VMware Virtual Center)

· Pre-Sales Experience will be a big plus.

· Candidate should enjoy working with customer and providing solutions to their problems

· Ability and willingness to learn multiple technologies and grow with the organization.

High level definition of the Role:-

· The role entails working closely with eG Engineering Services and eG Sales Teams at Pre-Sales capacity.

· You will be working with cutting edge AI based eG Monitoring solution and more than 200 different types of platforms/applications that eG supports for various Fortune 500 customers including extensive work in cloud-based platforms and services.

· You will be interacting with customers, elicit requirements, develop, and deliver demos and proof of concepts and solutions to enhance their IT Services.
