Solutions Delivery Consultant

Excellent Communication Skills, written and spoken. (Candidate will be required to do presentations & training to customers)

5-10 years of experience in IT with strong customer interaction background

2+ years of Hands-on Experience in Virtualization/Citrix/Cloud technologies

Hands-on experience with Enterprise Application Deployment/Management is preferred

Experience with Project Planning, Execution and co-ordination across multiple teams.

Post-sales experience or experience working with monitoring tools preferred

Ability and willingness to learn multiple technologies and grow with the organization

Responsibilities:

The role entails working closely with eG Engineering Services and eG’s extensive customer base in a Post-Sales capacity.

You will be working with cutting edge AI based eG Monitoring solution and more than 200 different types of platforms/applications that eG supports for various Fortune 500 customers including extensive work in cloud based platforms and SAAS services.

You will be interacting with customers to elicit their requirements and deliver solutions using eG to enhance their IT service delivery.
